payment options
Payment: You can pay us in cash up to € 3,000 and by bank transfer. Since 6 December 2011, according to Italian Legislative Decree no. 201/2011, the cash limit is no more than € 3,000.
Cancellations: Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB
There is no right of cancellation within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB.
- Cancellations up to 30 days before the day of arrival: no cancellation fee
- Cancellations up to 29 days before the day of arrival: 35% of the total price
- Cancellations up to 14 days before the arrival date: 70% of the total price
- Cancellations less than 6 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total price.
If the booked holiday flat is not taken over (“no show”) for the agreed period without cancellation, the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the agreed total price.
Please inform us in good time if you are unable to start your holiday.
Travel cancellation insurance: We recommend that you take out “Red Rooster Cancellation Insurance” when you book your stay. This will cover the cancellation fees and you can look forward to your holiday without any worries. You can find more information here.
